It may have been freezing outside but that didn’t stop thousands of New Englanders from flooding the Rhode Island Convention Center this past weekend in search of hot deals. From educational seminars and a meet and greet with an America’s Cup champion to the impressive display of pontoon and day boats, many entry level and new boaters found what they were looking for.
