Hatteras 74 and Lazzara 80 yachts
Two brokerage deals, each offering $100,000 in savings, were announced recently on yachts available for viewing in Fort Lauderdale.
First is the 74-foot Hatteras Nereus, a 1999 Sport Deck model (in the top photo) listed with Tucker Fallon at Bradford Marine Yacht Sales. She’s a four-stateroom model with twin Caterpillar 3412s that have about 2,500 engine hours apiece.
A refit of Nereus in July 2009 included a new paint job, new flat-screen TVs and improvements to the lazarette. The current asking price is $899,900, and more details are at www.bradfordmarineyachtsales.com.
The second yacht that just announced a $100,000 price reduction is the Lazzara 80 Our Trade, a 2001 build (in the bottom photo) listed with www.lazzaralenton.com. She’s a cockpit model that has the builder’s Cabriolet sky lounge, which creates an indoor-outdoor area for flybridge command and guest enjoyment.
Our Trade also has a fishing cockpit with two fighting chairs. Her current asking price is $1.195 million.
