Burgess Yachts has been appointed central agent for sale of the 197-foot Abeking and Rasmussen Elandess, a 2009 build that has remained with her original owner for the past seven years.

Elandess was on display for the first time at the Palm Beach International Boat Show.

The original owner of Elandess has kept her for private use with no charter. He recently repainted the midnight blue hull. Exterior is by Donald Starkey, with interiors by Bannenberg and Rowell.

Onboard spaces include a main-deck master suite with floor-to-ceiling picture windows, and four belowdecks guest staterooms that can convert into two full-beam suites. A sixth cabin on the bridge deck has two Pullman berths, so the space can be used as a children’s playroom or as a study.

Performance: Elandess has twin 2,000-horsepower Caterpillar engines that produce a cruising speed of 13 knots and a top end of 16 knots. The yacht is also equipped with zero-speed stabilizers.

Asking price: About $58.5 million.
