Y.CO Showcasing 2 Superyachts Available for Charter

Y.CO will have 143-foot Octopussy and 187-foot Spirit on display at the Palm Beach International Boat Show.

Y.CO is bringing the big boats to the Palm Beach International Boat Show. The charter company will have two superyachts, each one measuring more than 140 feet length overall.

Here’s what they have to offer:

Spirit is a 187-foot Amels build with a 29’6″ beam. She accommodates 11 guests in five staterooms, plus 13 crew. She was originally built in 2011 with an exterior from acclaimed yacht designer Tim Heywood. Relax in the full-beam master stateroom that has an emperor-sized bed, or get a massage in the spa from the onboard masseuse.

Go the distance: Spirit isn’t just looks and luxury. She stands out in her performance as well, with a range of 4,500 nm at a 13-knot cruise.

Charter her next winter: As temperatures drop in autumn and winter, head south on Spirit to cruise Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama and the Caribbean waters at a base weekly rate of 255,000 euros ($272,693).

The smaller of the two — Octopussy — is a Heesen Yachts build with a 143 feet LOA and a 26’11” beam. She can accommodate 12 guests in five staterooms, plus seven crew. The superyacht has a full-beam master stateroom, with his-and-her heads and a walk-in closet. She was originally built in 1988 and refit in 2015. She has an interior designed by Art Line and her exterior is designed by Gerhard Gilgenast. Her cruising range is 2,000 nm on 10,804 gallons of fuel.

Toys galore: Octopussy has enough watertoys to keep everyone entertained with a 32-foot intrepid chase boat, a 10-foot RIB tender, water skis, wakeboards, SUPs and spearfishing equipment.

Charter her for the summer: Octopussy will be cruising the Caribbean and the Bahamas at a base weekly rate of $110,000 (10,2597 euros).
