Dock after dock at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show will be filled with brokerage yachts of all shapes and sizes. One that’s well worth a stop and a serious look is the 154-foot Admiral Ohana, which will be on display with Northrop and Johnson.
Ohana is a 1998 build that was most recently refit in 2011. She has a long and strong record of producing charter business, and her maintenance and upkeep have been substantial to ensure a solid showing at boat shows year after year. Her exterior design is by Donald Starkey, and she has one of the biggest sundecks among yachts in her class.
Ohana also comes outfitted with a ton of toys, everything from a 42-foot water slide to a quartet of Wave Runners to a 32-foot Intrepid center console with lots of fishing gear.
Accommodations aboard Ohana are for 10 guests plus 10 crew. Her cruising speed is 14 knots, and her top speed is 18 knots. Her construction is fiberglass.
Asking price is $10.9 million, and you can set up a tour during the show with broker Kevin Merrigan via www.njyachts.com.
Ohana also remains available for charter at a lowest weekly base rate of $140,000.
