Yacht broker Mark Elliott has three megayacht listings sporting new upgrades in the brokerage division at International Yacht Collection.
First is the 170-foot Feadship Dream, which is listed at an asking price of $38.9 million.
“Dream is in the shipyard right now, coming out at the end of May with brand-new paint from top to bottom and a 10-year survey being completed,” Elliott says. “She’ll be like a brand-new boat. She also has a successful track record in charter. She’s listed with IYC at a weekly base rate of $250,000, and the new owner could keep her on that charter program if he wants.”
A new listing with Elliott is the 145-foot Christensen Aghassi, which previously was known as Primadonna. The owner of Aghassi is motivated to sell, Elliott says, with an asking price of $14.9 million.
“She just came up for sale a few weeks ago,” Elliott says. “We’ve co-listed her with Cambridge Yachts. She has a beautiful, custom interior, and I just love the layout. She has a galley that was made for the owner’s wife to cook, with a big viewing window through to the dining room. She also has brand-new engines. Not rebuilt; brand-new and recently installed.”
Elliott also recently listed the 161-foot Trinity Blind Date for sale with International Yacht Collection.
“She was on the market, then she changed, and now she’s back listed with me,” he says. “I really like her because she has all her tenders on the lower aft deck with beam cranes, leaving the upper decks completely open for entertaining. Her flybridge is spectacular as a result, really different than the other 161 Trinity builds out there. And she has new bottom paint, plus a good charter record with IYC that the new owner could continue.”
Blind Date has a weekly base rate for charter of $238,000 and an asking price for sale of $22.9 million.
