Earlier this month, MarineMax Inc. announced the launch of MarineMax Vacations. According to the press release, this charter program will kick off with vessels from Dufour Yachts, while MarineMax works on developing custom power boat charters.
MarineMax Vacations will start off in Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, with the first charters scheduled for December 2011.
In the press release, Raul Bermudez, the Vice President of MarineMax Vacations, stated, "It's our mission to provide the world's best charter vacation to experienced charter customers and to introduce more people to chartering with MarineMax Vacations."
