Model citizen Michael Lohan, proud father of starlet Lindsay Lohan, has announced he will start a rehab facility aboard a 130-foot trideck yacht. Lohan was spotted cruising off south Florida with about two dozen other people, including Kim Granatell from Real Housewives of New Jersey. Also along for the ride (can you say “reality TV show”?) was a camera crew. Yikes!
