Astondoa, a name that’s well known to European yachtsmen, is relaunching a push in the Americas with the appointment of Flagship Marine Group in Coconut Grove, Florida, as its exclusive distributor for Canada and North America. The Spanish boatbuilder has 96 years of experience and 3,500 hulls to its name, ranging in size from 40 to 197 feet. These include Motor Yacht, Flybridge and Open/Express Cruiser models, as well as its flagship Steel Range Mega Yacht Series — the 151-foot model is pictured at right. Builds are completed in one of its four modern facilities in Gallarta, La Union, Almansa and Vigo, which total more than 753,000 square feet.
