There’s been a substantial drop in the asking price for the 188-foot Royal Huisman Twizzle, which now is listed at about $61.8 million (down from about $67.9 million).

Broker Kevin Merrigan at Northrop and Johnson announced the reduction on the 2010 build, which offers naval architecture by Dubois, an interior by Redman Whiteley Dixon and one of the most advanced sailing rigs ever created. Her main and mizzen sails can be hoisted simultaneously — and silently — in less than two minutes. Twizzle also has a glass-bridge helm setup.

Also noteworthy is that Twizzle is certified for safe cruising in the world’s most environmentally sensitive areas. She was built by knowledgeable owners who wanted to be able to go anywhere.

Twizzle accommodates nine guests in four staterooms, including a master suite with a private study. She has been offered for selective charters since her launch, with primarily private use.
