Alexandra V, with substantial recent upgrades and a big charter plan, is for sale.

Princess 95 Alexandra V

Princess Yachts’ 95S Alexandra V‘s current owner bought her with the intention of making her the most high-value charter yacht in the midrange market. The €3.8 million (about $4.8 million) asking price includes not only recent upgrades, but also a marketing plan for potential charter business stretching well into 2017. To that end, he undertook a refit that gave her lots of big-boat features, including an extended flybridge with gym equipment, a 3-D movie screen, zero-speed stabilizers, a 36-foot Fjord limousine tender and fun toys like a Louis Vuitton beach setup with shower. Neo Yachting has been appointed the central agent for sale of the 95-foot Princess Alexandra V, which launched in 2009 and got a new owner in 2013. The €3.8 million (about $4.8 million) asking price includes not only recent upgrades, but also a marketing plan for potential charter business stretching well into 2017.

This past year, Neo Yachting has been promoting Alexandra V for charter in traditional locations including the Mediterranean and Caribbean, as well as for future dates into 2017 along the U.S. Coast, Scandinavia, Spain’s Balearic Isles and Southeast Asia.

The company says the current owner is still planning to visit those destinations, but is looking for a yacht “more adapted” to the global itinerary. The new owner of Alexandra V will have the option of assuming any charter inquiries already coming in, potentially giving the yacht an income stream upon first day of ownership.
