The Catalina Grill ($330) from Magma Products features piezoelectric crystal ignition for easy startup, even in the howling wind, and a 12- by 18-inch cooking grill, housed in a mirrored stainless steel case. The grill is designed to use propane canisters, but it can be adapted to propane or natural gas systems, and though it comes with legs, they aren’t recommended for use on board.
