Red-footed boobies, blue-footed boobies, marine iguanas, flightless cormorants, giant tortoises, Darwin’s famous finches — the Galapagos Islands are a tapestry of wildlife, a once-in-a-lifetime adventure in nature. This autumn, the 141-foot Gulf Craft Integrity is accepting charters there, including during the Thanksgiving holiday.

Integrity is a 2004 build that can accommodate as many as 16 guests at an inclusive weekly rate of $104,000. All the guest cabins are on the main deck, which means bigger windows and outdoor views than most guests enjoy aboard yachts with bottom-deck cabins.

She is based year-round in Galapagos, with a crew who know the islands well and who can help arrange an itinerary that focuses on whatever parts of the natural world interest guests. From exploring the dried remains of volcanic lava flows and lava tubes to snorkeling with sea lions and hiking to bird-watching perches, every land tour can be a new experience during the course of a weeklong charter.

The yacht was previously booked for Thanksgiving, but thanks to a cancellation, the cruising dates from November 22-29 have opened up again.
