Fraser Yachts Worldwide has just welcomed the 136-foot Intermarine Lagniappe to the charter fleet. She’ll be available this winter in Mexico and Southern California, taking 10 guests at a lowest weekly base rate of $105,000.

Lagniappe means “something special” in Creole, and that’s true of the destination in particular. Far fewer crewed motoryachts are available on Mexico’s West Coast each winter than are cruising in the more popular Caribbean islands, which means a yacht of Lagniappe‘s size will be a standout.

The yacht is a 1999 build that previously was known as _Bossy Boots I_I. Her exterior is by Luiz de Basto Designs, with a traditional interior décor by Marc Michaels. A refit in 2007 and 2008 included engine-room and mechanical work.

“The owner is a real family man, so I think he’d enjoy having couples or families on board for charter,” says Anita Dodds, who manages Lagniappe for Fraser Yachts.

Charter availability in Mexico is expected to be from the end of December through mid-February, after which Lagniappe will move up to California for the month of March.

Fraser Yachts Worldwide also has the 115-foot Christensen Ocean Pearl available for charter this winter in Mexico. Learn more about both yachts at www.fraseryachts.com.
