Yachts Miami Beach, the boat show held for nearly 30 years along Collins Avenue, will have a new look and layout for February 2017.

Show Management and the International Yacht Brokers Association, which co-own the show, worked with EDSA to reimagine the show. EDSA’s previous work has included the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas along with Disney resorts.

Attendees will now enter the show through one of five entrances, paying a $20 fee—a first for this show, which used to be free for attendees. Another first will be water taxis providing access to the show from multiple parking locations. Foot traffic will be redirected from Collins Avenue to the show’s floating docks, where food and beverages will be available.

Yachts along Collins Avenue will be separated into new-build and brokerage sections, and the venue at Super Yacht Miami at Island Gardens Deep Harbour on Watson Island is expected to include more than 20 superyachts.

The Yachts Miami Beach VIP Experience: It will be available Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with access to an air-conditioned lounge with open bar, gourmet food, private bathrooms, nightly events and a concierge who can schedule yacht tours.
